Cancellation Policy

We have a ‘No Cancellation policy once the product has been shipped to your address. If any orders are cancelled by you after placing the order and before being shipped by us, then 3k Softamarket.com will charge restocking fee applicable as per the product category, which will be a minimum of 15% of the order value or higher. Refund will be made within 15-20 working days after deducting such restocking fee as applicable. The company also reserves the right to provide you a coupon in lieu of the refund amount and the coupon can be used by you for making other online purchases within the site.

For Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Return Policy
